              about 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
                    - set-up will begin about 5:00 p.m.
                    You may unload at the staff door by the book drop on the west
                     side of the building
If you are a cook:

Tables: We have a limited number of tables so, if possible, please bring your own table (no larger than 8’)
Library has a microwave oven you may use.
Library will provide plates, forks, napkins, coffee, tea, and punch.
Library will make a booklet advertising all authors and businesses participating in Madison’s “Books & Cooks!â€� Â
If you wish to include a coupon in the booklet, please send one, which we may copy, with your registration form.

If you are an Author:Â
Authors are responsible for bringing, signing and selling their own books.
Library will provide about a 4’ space (half an 8’ table) for your signing area or you may bring your own table.
