Early Learning Packs

Our shelves are well-stocked with learning tools! We’ve added shoe-tying kits and Montessori three-letter word makers. Our goal is to help you help the little ones in your lives with fun items including books, music and more! We add new stuff all the time!


Parenting Packs

These NEW sets give caregivers fun and informative tools to navigate children’s milestone moments — books for adults and kids, DVDs, games and more!

    • Healthy Eating – This pack is designed to get your child on the path to healthy eating, and offer helpful information to parents on establishing life- long healthy eating habits in their children. Books to give parents advice and encouragement, a cookbook to use with kids in the kitchen, a game the whole family can play, along with children’s books that introduction an array of fruits and vegetables, along with  toy fruits and vegetables are included in this pack.  Age range: Families with children 3 years old and up.
    • Taking Care of Your Teeth – This pack includes books for children ages 1-9, a DVD to watch, a guide to healthy teeth for parents to read, a mouth to explore, and a timer to challenge your tooth brushing skills. It’s never too early to develop good habits! Age range: Families with children ages 2 years old and up.
    • Potty Training for Boys – This pack is for parents who are ready to tackle potty training their toddler   boy. It includes books for your toddler, books for the adult involved with the training (of boys), a DVD to watch, and a lightly anatomically correct doll to help make potty learning fun, relaxed and easy. This pack is designed for those who will be potty training a toddler (boy).
    • Potty Training for Girls -This pack is for parents who are ready to tackle potty training their girl. It includes books for your toddler, books for the adult involved with the training (of girls), a DVD to watch, and a lightly anatomically correct doll to help make potty learning fun, relaxed and easy. This pack is designed for those who will be potty training a toddler (girl).

Sports Packs

You can serve and volley (or try to) with our tennis set. (Yes! Your library loans tennis racquets!) Adults can get two Wilson racquets and six balls before they hit the nearby school courts. What a great way to try tennis FOR FREE with your library card!

Snow Packs

Do you want to build a snowman? How about an igloo? Let us help! Our snowman and igloo kits can help you build your winter creations. AND … they have books and movies to help you warm up. The igloo kits even have snow brick makers!

Steam Packs

STEAM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math – topics engage children’s natural curiosity about the world. Check out these items to work on early coding skills or take a closer look at the world around you and how it works. New items are added all the time.

        (Ages 4-15)
