Let’s celebrate! (But in a sugar-free kind of way)

Thankfully I stumbled upon Danielle Walker’s “Against All Grain” cookbooks early in my transition to paleo eating.

Paleo means eating whole, unprocessed foods — loads of veggies, some fruit, lean meats and seafood. (What I didn’t mention was the bulk of the American diet — grains, dairy products and sugar, so paleo recipes are tricky when you are just starting out.)

Against All Grain CelebrationsWalker’s latest book is called “Celebrations.” I recently wrote about it on my PaleoLibrary blog. (Spoiler: Yes, the cinnamon rolls were as good as the picture in the book, but man am I a lazy cook!) Check it out and let me know what you think.
