Even though my children roll their eyes when they realize I’ve stashed kale in the meatballs and dried cherries in the couscous (which isn’t even really couscous because I made it from cauliflower! Shhh! Don’t tell!), I keep trying my best to cook healthy. Thankfully the library stocks many resources to help me along the way. Most recently, I’ve stumbled on Danielle Walker’s “Against All Grain” books. And she’s even publishing a new book this fall. I also have been recording some of my (mis)adventures in cooking on a paleolibrary blog. Join me on my journey (even if it’s just to snicker at the silliness).
