TRUST NO ONE by Gregg Hurwitz - This brisk paced, intelligent thriller has an elaborate plot too convoluted to go into here! Bare bones - Nick Horrigan sprints through a seven-day quest to solve a 17-year-old case of who killed his stepfather, a Secret Service agent.

THE GERBIL FARMER'S DAUGHTER by Holly Robinson - Donald Robinson was a captain in the Navy with a secret, he raised "pocket kangaroos" aka gerbils for money. Because Navy officials would have frowned upon this strange sideline business, he had to keep it a secret until retirement. Journalist Robinson tells the entertaining and humorous story of growing up in what could have been the plot for a 60s sitcom!
