How to Bid:

All bids must be sealed and submitted by the closing date, may be mailed to Shawna Goostree 6111 Middle Ridge Rd. Madison, OH 44057 or dropped off in person at the library.
Bids below the minimum will not be considered.
The highest qualifying bid received by the deadline will be accepted.
The winning bidder will be notified within 3 business days.
Contract of purchase will be required, an example of this contract is attached or available on our website.
Terms of Sale:
The bookmobile is sold as-is with no warranties.
Payment must be made within 5 days of notification by Bank Cashiers Check only made out to Madison Public Library
The buyer is responsible for pickup and transportation.
